Colorado FCCLA offers the following awards for all affiliated members.
Outstanding Member/ Team Award
The intent of the Outstanding Member or Team Award is to honor Colorado FCCLA Members from grades 9-12 who have shown great potential in supporting the mission of FCCLA through their leadership in the chapter, community, and or district.
2022 Award Recipient: Claire Kline and Makia Adler, Wray High School
Emily Peake Alumni & Associates Award
Any Colorado individual who is a current member of FCCLA Alumni & Associates and has participated in activities at the local, district, or state levels can be recognized for their outstanding participation/contribution to the FCCLA organization.
2020 Award Recipient: Edgar Ortega, Maverick, Inc.

Adviser Awards
Colorado FCCLA offers the following awards for all affiliated advisers.
Outstanding Adviser Award
The Outstanding Adviser Award recognizes advisers who have been successful in advising an affiliated chapter for a minimum of three years, promoting the organization, operating an integrated chapter with a balanced program of work, facilitating youth-centered activities, and keeping abreast of new happenings within the organization.
2022 Award Recipient: Shannon Wessles, Highlands Ranch High School
Outstanding New Adviser Award
The Outstanding New Adviser Award recognizes advisers with 1 – 5 years of experience who best exemplifies the goals and ideals of the Colorado FCCLA organization.
2022 Award Recipient: Jessica Teal, Windsor High School
Master Adviser Award
The Master Adviser Award is a National FCCLA Award that recognizes advisers who have been successful in advising an affiliated chapter for a minimum of three years, promoting the organization, operating an integrated chapter with a balanced program of work, facilitating youth-centered activities, and keeping abreast of new happenings within the organization.
Mentor Adviser Award
The Adviser Mentor Award is a National FCCLA Award that recognizes advisers who have been successful in: achieving Master Adviser Recognition, devoting two years to new adviser assistance, assuming adult leadership roles in FCCLA, conducting adviser workshops, attending training workshops, and using national and state FCCLA resources.
Spirit of Advising Award
The Spirit of Advising Award is a National FCCLA Award that recognizes chapter advisers who are constantly faithful, often quietly working behind the scenes to ensure the success of their students. Nominations must be made by state advisers/state contacts. The Colorado Executive Council selects an adviser each year for this award.

FCCLA Supporter Awards
Colorado FCCLA offers the following awards for supporters of FCCLA at the chapter, district, and state levels.
Competitive Events Volunteer Award
The Competitive Events Volunteer Award recognizes Competitive Events volunteers who exemplify a commitment to the continued success of STAR Events and the organization.
Friends of FCCLA Award
Any Colorado individual who has participated in activities at the local, district, or state levels can be recognized for their outstanding participation/contribution to the FCCLA organization.

Colorado Honorary Membership Award
The intent of the Colorado FCCLA Honorary Membership Award is to honor any person who has rendered outstanding service to the State Association of FCCLA or has helped to advance Family and Consumer Sciences or related occupations programs in Colorado.
2021 Award Recipient: Patrick and Kate Arnold, Above and Beyond Sewing
Outstanding Administrative Support Award
Without the support of school administrators, students could not take advantage of the many opportunities offered through FCCLA. Outstanding administrators encourage chapters to take advantage of our programs and develop leadership skills to prepare them for their multiple adult roles of family member, wage earner, and community leader.
2021 Award Recipients: Aryann Roberts, Ken Caryl Middle School
Outstanding District Consultant Award
The Outstanding District Consultant Award recognizes a district consultant who has been devoted to adviser assistance, assumed an adult leadership role in their FCCLA district, conducted member/adviser workshops, attended training workshops, and used FCCLA resources to help promote their district and Colorado FCCLA.
2022 Award Recipient: Annie Friesema
Outstanding Advocate Award
The intent of the Outstanding Advocate Award is to honor an individual who has advocated for and supported a specific chapter, FCCLA District, or the State Association of FCCLA or has helped to advance Family and Consumer Sciences or related occupations programs in Colorado.
